The Jacobsen line includes a tipper and annealer for band and circle saws, an automatic circle saw leveller, a top and face grinder and a   dual side grinder. Each is designed and built in the United states and is backed by Pacific/Hoe's outstanding customer service.

   Parts are made in the U.S.A. and are readily available and reasonably priced. A detailed and easy to follow manual covers every aspect of the equipment and trained technicians are available on-call to answer questions. a factory training program is also available.

   Pacific/Hoe is currently the primary distributor for Jacobsen Manufacturing equipment, but the company is interested in developing a regional network of distributors that can meet the customer"s needs.

   Jacobsen Manufacturing is currently located in a 12,000 sq. ft. facility just a few miles Pacific/Hoe's Portland, Oregon manufacturing plant and main office. A brand new facility is under construction adjacent to the Pacific/Hoe plant which will allow more room and house Jacobsen's design center and state of the art manufacturing equipment.

   The company has it's own management team, headed by Dave Macey. Gayle Kirkpatrick is production manager and new personnel have been added to complete the technical staffing.

  The JM-2000 Plasmatic Tipper and Annealer offers significant retipping savings in both time and alloy. Very little tooth preparation is needed prior to tipping. Other types of tippers utilizing resistance weld technology grind away expensive alloy in the retipping process. The JM-2000 uses plasma arc technology which melts the old tip and adds new alloy only as needed. Plus a new tip if formed by chill molds which closely match the tooth configuration, so there is less to grind away, saving time and materials. A wide variety of alloys can be used. It is fully automatic and user friendly. Dual cooling systems keep the JM-2000 running smoothly.

   A programmable and fully hydraulic heavy duty precision multiple pass grinder. Available fully enclosed, or open to handle up to 40" diameter blades.

JM-3000 Dual Side Grinder

   A totally enclosed hydraulic precision grinder. Fully automatic. Available fully enclosed, or open to handle up to 40" blades.

JM-6000 Automatic Circle Saw Leveller

   This heavy duty leveller has been field tested for reliable performance under the most demanding filing room conditions. It has proven to be user friendly, versatile and rugged. The JM-6000 is built to run all day, every day and be simple and problem free. The modular design makes repair faster and easier. Replacement parts are readily available.
