JM-2000 Plasmatic Tipper
The JM-2000  Plasmatic Tipper offers significant re-tipping savings in both time and alloy. very little tooth preparation is needed prior to tipping. Unlike resistance weld tippers, which grind away expensive alloy in the retipping process, the JM-2000 melts the old tip and adds new alloy only as needed. Plus, the new tip is formed by chill molds which closely match the tooth configuration, so there is less to grind away, saving time and materials. A wide variety of materials can be used.

MODULAR HEAVY-DUTY CONSTRUCTION FOR LONG LIFE AND EASY MAINTENANCE

The JM-2000 is solid construction that is built to last with a heavy duty steel body and well constructed fittings. The modular design allows for quick drop-in replacement units and minimal downtime. The JM-2000 is virtually airtight and the filtered air cooling fan provides positive pressure for contamination-free operation.

The JM-2000 features a user friendly control panel. Fully automatic "walkaway" operation frees your filing room personnel. The easy to operate Allen Bradley Microprocessor represents the industry standard.

DUAL COOLING SYSTEMS

Two separate cooling systems keep the JM-2000 running smoothly. System 1 controls the weld-torch assembly and includes seld diagnostics to sense low coolant levels and coolant contamination. System 2 supplies coolant to annealing head and chill block circuit.
