Pacific/Hoe
utilizes the same rigid quality control standards and manufacturing procedures in the
construction of its line of gang saws as that used in the manufacture of wide band saws. Each gang saw is inspected thoroughly from raw
material stage to finished product in order to provide customers with the same high
standard of quality they have come to expect from all other Pacific/Hoe products.
Usually gang saws range in width from 4"
to 9". The narrower saws (up to 7" wide) are generally made 13 to 15 gayge
thick. 8" wide saws are generally 12, 13 or 14 gauge. 9" saws are usually 12
gauge thick.
Gang saw tooth spacing generally ranges from
1" to 2". Gullet depth is most often from about 9/16" to 15/16".
Pacific/Hoe can provide either the more
common 1" wide, two piece tab (single row of holes) or the Swedish type 2-plate tabs.
