Rip Saws for Board and Gang Edgers
These precision thin kerf saws are custom made to your order. You select the size, the number of teeth, the plate tolerance, and the rockwell hardness. Adding chrome plate increases resistance to wear.

In addition to producing the industry's finest thin kerf gang saws, we offer the on-site help of an expert guide systems staff. We can custom design the best guide system to optimize profitability.

Alternate Top Bevel Rip Saws - We offer saws made with an alternate top bevel. Call us if you would like more information on the performance in this innovation in rip sawing.

Strob Saws
Standard and super strob saws are used on bull edgers and shifting edgers where saws are required to cut 2" or greater depth.

Carbide Trim Saws
15 degree alternate top bevel with straight face is the most common trim saw used at the green end and in the planer mill. 15 degree alternate top bevel and 10 degree alternate face is used where a very smooth finish is desired. The hook angle will vary depending on over or under arbor saw configuration and saw travel. Call us for more information about trim saw requirements.

Circle Saw Plates
Precision ground plates are available ready for tipping. Our custom designed heat treat facilities guarantee flat plates ground to within .001" of desired thickness. Common sizes are available for quick service and made-to-order sizes are available as required.

Our plates are manufactured to give superior performance on guided gang edgers, trim saws and bull edgers, whether solid plates or strob plates.
