Band Saw Guide Systems

Pacific/Hoe's cartridge style band saw guide system is designed to quickly pay for itself in improved production and reduced downtime.

The double pressure system holds the saw blade stiffer for better feed and greater accuracy. With less saw deviation, you get the most from your raw material. the guide block is easily replaceable with no bolts to loosen or adjust. simply remove a worn or damaged block and insert a new block in the holder without realigning the system, so downtime is minimal.

The guide holders are rigidly built of heavy T1 steel to withstand normal abuse.

Pacific/Hoe developed the cartridge style guide and has over two decades of experience with over 700 installations in mills all over the United States, Canada, Australia and Mexico.

Pacific/Hoe will custom fit and install the band guide system complete with quality control and milling equipment which will ensure accuracy to +/- .001 inch.

Band Guide Systems for Small Resaws
Mill operations that utilize small resaws can reduce downtime, improve production and produce better cut lumber by installing a Pacific/Hoe guide system.

Our systems are available for single and twin band resaws as well as saws for bevel and angle cuts. all are engineered for mazimum performance of small resaws.

These systems use a small amount of pressure -  just enough to keep the saw stiff between the guides for a better feed and more accurate cut.

The quick and easy replacement of worn or damaged guide blocks in the cartridge style system keeps downtime to a minimum.

Horizontal Resaws
Horizontal resaws can be custom fit with Pacific/Hoe double pressure guide systems for improved accuracy. The heavy rigid guide holders are designed to ensure that the guide will not give or bend.

Downtime can be practically eliminated with the Pacific/Hoe cartridge system. as the saw blade is changed, simply remove the guide block from the holder and insert a fresh precision ground block. Precise accuracy is maintained to +/- .001 inch because each block is machined and set in a precise jig for optimum uniformity. No further adjustment iss necessary.
