Guide Lubricating Systems

Our new Econo-Lube system applies synthetic, non-soluable oil for efficient long-lasting using very little water or no water at all.

The consistant lubrication by the system extends saw wear, protects the guide system and reduces the number of saw changes. The system supplies oil to all cutting stations from one centralized pumping system, simplifying maintenance.

The Econo-Lube system works with most guide systems and can be retrofit to the equipment you already have at a reasonable cost.

Band Lube System

The Pacific/Hoe Band Lube System features a 24" x 20" Hoffman enclosure to protect from dust and debris. The cabinet can be mounted easily in any desired location and the lube system is set up to function fully automatically.

The unit runs off of 110V electrical service and mill air supply. Oil can be pumped from a 55 gal. drum located near the cabinet or any other oil supply available. A positive flow central pump will regulate any desired amount of oil and a special venture system will ensure proper oil and air atomization.

Two spray manifold blocks are provided with fittings and hose for easy installation. The system can be used with almost any oil desired by the user.

Installation instructions are provided for easy and simple installation. All guide lubrication systems are designed and built in our Portland, Oregon manufacturing facility. Service, parts and advice are always easily and readily available.
